My Hypnosis Journey
As ways to improve myself, I’ve found hypnosis and neurofeedback to be impactful. The benefits I experienced were so significant I wanted to share them with others.
In 2018, I trained with Laney Coulter and earned my hypnotherapy certification through ICBCH (International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy).
My conscious spiritual and self-development path began over 40 years. This journey has included meditation, Reiki, Quantum Touch, Emotional Freedom Technique, hypnotic suggestion, and Neurolinguistic Programming.
